Assists young people in the early stages of a psychotic illness. Young people (ages 14 to 35) experiencing psychosis are provided assertive outreach, comprehensive assessments, psychoeducation, psychiatric treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation. Family members are provided support and education individually and in groups.

Offers treatment, counselling, assessment and family supports for severely mentally ill clients. The day program has weekly programming offered every six weeks.

Counselling and psychotherapy are provided to individuals having a diagnosis of a severe mental health condition requiring treatment over ten sessions or less.. A combination of therapeutic modalities are employed including individual, narrative, dialectical behavioural and cognitive behavioural counselling.

Crisis intervention including: - Crisis Triage in the Emergency Department at Ross Memorial Hospital - Hospital to Home case manager to prevent admissions to the inpatient unit or expedite discharges from emergency or the inpatient unit - Crisis Support counselor who will respond within 72 hours to a request for brief counseling - Drop-in groups weekly for individuals seeking immediate support, recently discharged or those who find group support assists them in preventing hospitalization - One on one support is also available to crisis patients.

Case Management includes: - outreach and consumer identification - assessment and planning; - direct service/and interventions - illness management - counseling and symptom management - progress monitoring, evaluation and follow up - information liaison - advocacy, consultation and collaboration
