Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Provide a safe and affordable home for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In addition to housing we provide support to those individuals within the housing program. This may include individual service planning, symptom, management, supportive counselling, life skills training, medication support education and advocacy.

Access Information

Self-referrals are possible, intake appointment within four weeks to determine eligibility, i.e., serious mental illness. Referrals are received and organized through the main office in Woodstock. The meetings will take place in the local setting. Must be an ACTT (RMHC) or PEPP (Woodstock General Hospital) client or a client of CMHA. Must have active ongoing support.
