Program Description

St. Jude Community Homes provides quality supportive housing to single individuals living in Toronto area living with severe mental illness. The organization follows a community development model of housing that promotes individual as well as community development in order to promote recovery and improve quality of life. Model of service is psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery model.

Access Information

Residents must have formal diagnosis of serious mental illness, be on social assistance, manage own medications. They must be able to live somewhat independently or have the desire to live in a "community model" and supportive housing. Exclusions; drug and alcohol dependency and active criminal involvement.
