Program Description

RAAM (Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine) is a shared clinic between Addiction Services Thames Valley and the Canadian Mental Health Association, London Middlesex that provides Opioid Replacement Therapy (Suboxone only) to individuals who meet the criteria for Opioid Use Disorder. The program also provides medical treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder. The clinic team includes a physician, nurse practitioners and addictions and mental health counsellors.

The Addiction Medicine / RAAM Clinics are considered an essential service so will continue to operate. The clinic staff are doing active screening and practicing social distancing by managing patient flow. Client services are being adapted to unique needs.

Anyone can refer individuals to call to find out more about the clinic. Leave a message for a call back within 24 hrs (Mon-Fri) and then will meet by phone or in person with a counsellor for assessment and education (e.g. what to expect).
