Program Description

The SAPACCY program at Windsor Essex Community Health Centre (weCHC) provides holistic, anti-oppressive, Africentric and culturally safe mental health and substance use treatment services to Black youth and their families/caregivers. SAPACCY understands the unique challenges that Black youth and their families may face like anti-Black racism, criminalization, poverty and other forms of discrimination and oppression in the mental health care system, and aims to provide a strengths-based and healing centered approach to recovery.

Access Information

Individuals can self-refer by calling the Teen Health Site direct. Providers can refer clients through OCEAN or by faxing the client registration for to the Teen Health site.
