Children, youth, and their families can access a range of free counselling and therapy services by booking an online single session appointment.

Quick Access Child and Youth Mental Health Clinic appointments can be made up to two weeks ahead of time as well as same day appointments.

In-person, call-in, or virtual options are available for appointments.

Access Information

Children, youth and families can go online to book their appointments. For those without internet access, they can still call the organization directly.
