Program Description

Delivers mental health and addiction services to individuals 12 years of age and older living in Markham, Thornhill, Stouffville and north Durham Communities.

Services are delivered by health care professionals including; nurse practitioner, social worker, harm reduction worker, registered nurse and peer support worker.

Services include:

- Harm Reduction Education
