Program Description

The primary focus of this program is to promote and support the mental well-being of Newcomers and to align mental health services for refugees and persons with protected status who have resettled in the Region of Waterloo.

Services offered in this program:
- community well-being orientation sessions
- consultation services
- trauma treatment groups and individual counselling
- community education sessions and mental health workshops
- groups for children, youth and adults
