Program Description

The Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian Caribbean Youth (SAPACCY) provides individual and group counselling and support to Black youth and their families who are experiencing problematic substance use. SAPACCY provides culturally safe and affirming anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed Mental Health and Substance use services to Black youth and their families.
