Program Description

Counselling and Therapy provides ongoing therapy for more complex needs.

Treatment groups offered include:
– Trauma Treatment (Intergenerational Trauma Treatment Program): a 21 session treatment program for children and youth and their families who have experienced any sort of impactful trauma.
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Treatment Group: provides strategies for youth of all ages who are experiencing anxiety & depression.
