Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides support and assistance for Indigenous adults and youth who become involved in the Justice System, Family Court and Child Welfare matters. Assists participant to understand their rights, options and responsibilities when appearing before the courts. The ultimate goal of the program is to reduce the overrepresentation of Indigenous people in the Canadian Justice System.
