Program Description

The Group Services program offers drop-in and scheduled programing. Each location offers a range of different recreational programing opportunities that are scheduled in consultation with the members. A monthly schedule is posted for each site and participants can attend as many activities as they are interested in.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted, as well as referrals from support workers or other helping professionals. Call to make an appointment to meet with the Group Services coordinator. Referral Form is available on the CMHA Grey Bruce website.

For individuals living with mental illness and/or addiction who are seeking social connection in a group setting. Participants must be able and willing to interact appropriately in a group setting and follow the responsibilities and guidelines of the program. They must also have set goals to enhance relationships and foster community.
