Program Description

Provides assessment and group treatment of medically stable adults whose level of functioning has been severely impaired by their mental disorder. The intensive group therapy program provides a multidisciplinary, group treatment approach.

Access Information

Priority is given to referrals from inpatient programs within Lakeridge Health.

Referrals from outside Lakeridge Health will be considered and can be made by family physicians, psychiatrists and crisis intervention teams.

Referrals are made through Central Connect, by calling or using the referral form available on the website.
