Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

Dufferin Court Support Service supports individuals who are experiencing mental health concerns and who have been charged with or convicted of a criminal offence under the Criminal Code of Canada. Service includes: referrals, education, intensive community supports, and release from custody planning.

Referrals from and partners with Crown Attorney, Defense Counsel, Duty Counsel, John Howard Society, Associated Youth Services of Peel.
