Program Description

We provide: assessment and referral, counselling and treatment, relapse prevention support, harm reduction strategies, support for family members and withdrawal management support.

Social workers are part of the hospital integrated social work service and will accept referrals during daily rounds.

Access Information

All referrals are accepted.

Other screening tools may be employed if the therapist feels it is necessary. Telephone counselling can be provided if necessary.
