Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Supportive housing for individuals diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness including: Schizophreniform disorders; Psychosis Not Otherwise Specified (NOS); Bipolar Affective Disorder (mania and depression) who require a high degree of support to maintain holistic wellness in the community. Priority will be given to individuals who also have a history of or are at risk due to their illness and symptom severity of becoming involved with the Criminal Justice System.

Access Information

Self-referrals, family physician, hospital and community agency referrals accepted. Application is by appointment through the Intake Worker at CMHA Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge.
