Program Description

This program is intended to provide housing subsidies for persons with: substance use issues, concurrent disorders, on methadone maintenance treatment, in finding safe, secure housing in the community.

Access Information

Individuals must have an intake package completed by a local addictions or mental health organization in order to be referred into this program.
