Program Description

The Release from Custody Program assists clients who are newly released from custody to navigate the mental health and addictions treatment system, and reintegrate into the community.

The goal is to enable these individuals to manage in the community and avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.

Access Information

Self-referrals by phone or in person are welcome.

Please call for appointment, and ask for the Post-custody Enhancement staff member.
