Program Description

Counselling services aim to support children/youth and their families by: addressing identified needs and challenges; strengthening awareness and understanding of the challenges and why they might be occurring; reducing the severity of mental health problems or symptoms; strengthening coping strategies; and reducing the need for more intensive services.
