Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Long-term residential treatment, integrated with supportive housing. Modules address all aspects of treatment including addiction, discharge planning, life skills, and social determinants of health.

Access Information

All referrals must first have Ministry directed assessment tools complete and indicating residential treatment. Wayside House has its own assessment, GAIN Q3, and/or ADAT which is required prior to admission. Clients must be fully detoxified and motivated for treatment. If client is 18 years, he may be accepted into the program with the provision of support from the youth service making the referral.
