Family Capacity Building and Support (CYMH)

Program Description

COPE: program open to individuals and the general public that helps parents develop skills to strengthen relationships with their children (especially children displaying social, behavioral and emotional issues).

Parenting Anxious Children: program educating parents of anxious children (split by early years and age 7+).

Other Targeted Workshops: to help you learn about and support the child's mental health needs like anxiety, emotional regulation, and so on. For example: Responding vs. Reacting; Emotional Regulation; School Anxiety.
