Home Care - Mental Health

Program Description

Emotional Regulation programs, like:
– SNAP (Stop Now and Plan): 13-week preventative program for parent and children aged 6-12 who may be at risk of entering into the Youth Justice System.
– Social Skills programs, like IDEAS: social skill-building group for those with social, behavioral and emotional issues.

Intensive In-Home Coaching: ongoing in-home parent coaching for those with high needs

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. Individuals will complete an assessment to create a treatment plan. Call or complete online referral.
