Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Offers subsidized independent units with on-site support services to individuals transitioning out of high-support housing, in partnership with CAMH. . An on-site community space is available for tenants to engage in community events. The program is recovery-based, and assists tenants in living independently with support. Tenants have access to residential support, assistance with medication management, supportive counselling, peer support and socio-recreational activities.

Access Information

Inclusion Criteria: Adults who currently live in high-support housing programs in a number of partner community mental health agencies in Toronto (Regeneration Community Services, Good Shepherd, LOFT, COTA, Pilot Place, Margaret Frazer House, Madison Community Services, and House of Compassion) are eligible to live at Step-Up.
