Program Description

Offers 24-hour high-support room-and-board housing to Alternative Level of Care patients from CAMH, in partnership with CAMH and Habitat Services. The program provides meals and snacks, as well as cleaning services for units and common areas.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted directly and exclusively from an inpatient unit at CAMH, and must provide a letter from their psychiatrist confirming that they are a person requiring an Alternative Level of Care.
