Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

Provides supportive housing and intensive case management for people with problematic substance use who are frequent users of Withdrawal Management Services and/or Hospital Emergency Departments. Staff work with service users to achieve their goals from a harm reduction, trauma informed perspective with a recovery orientation. Service includes: assisting with access to mental health, psychiatric, and medical care, in addition to our core services of addictions-informed intensive case management and supportive housing.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
