Bed-Based Supportive Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

Short-term stabilization service for men who are either waiting for residential addiction treatment, completing community treatment, or returning to the community from residential treatment.

Service includes:
- life skills
- recreational opportunities
- short-term counselling services

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted. Clients must be medically stable and have completed withdrawal from substances. Appointments are booked after receipt of Transition House application.

• Additional Cost: Yes, Resident fees are $2.00 to $10.00 per day if client works or has a source of income. Clients can collect Ontario Works.
