Bed-Based Supportive Treatment - Substance Use

Program Description

The program meets our clients where they are at on the continuum of recovery from all mood-altering substances.

The 90-day treatment programs includes: crisis support, initial treatment assessment, substance use disorder treatment methodologies and best practices; case management, ongoing treatment planning, aftercare, referrals & community transition planning.

We also accept referrals from clients who are prescribed opiate-agonist therapy with the goal of complete abstinence from all mood-altering substances.

Access Information

GAIN Q3 MI ONT assessment is preferred.

Individuals are referred from treatment centres, withdrawal management, family and self.

Five days of abstinence prior to admission is required.
