Program Description

Case Management services for persons with a serious mental illness and/or problematic substance use who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Services include:
- skill development
- medication monitoring
- crisis intervention
- counselling support
- landlord relations
- advocacy
- and assistance with activities of daily living

Family support is available.

Access Information

Referrals from third parties are accepted, self-referrals are preferred. All appointments are booked through the Red Lake Office by the intake worker. Family members may access services independently, and family sessions can also occur at the request of the client. Services are voluntary and clients must not be intoxicated during appointments.
