Program Description

The goal of this program is to increase independence and quality of life for those living with a serious mental illness.

Services include:
- skill development
- medication monitoring
- crisis intervention
- counselling support
- assistance with activities of daily living.

Family support is available.

Access Information

Client must have a serious mental illness to access program. Caller is directed to the Intake Worker who will screen potential client for appropriate organization service.
