Case Management - Mental Health

Program Description

A community-based mental health program for women with mental health issues or concurrent disorder who have been homeless for 6+ months. Outreach is utilized to engage the woman, and the workers meet the clients in the community. Works with the clients to meet basic needs, including food, shelter, ID, income, healthcare, and linking to other supports and services.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted either via The Access Point or directly to Fred Victor intake from individuals (self-referrals), women's hostels, drop-ins, or other service partners.
