Program Description

Treatment models offered are cognitive-behavioural, stages of change, harm reduction, multidisciplinary, and solution-focused. Guided Self-Change and Structured Relapse Prevention activities offered.

Access Information

Walk-in intake hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 4:00PM. This is not a crisis walk-in, plan to stay for up to 2 hours. Intake can also be accessed by phone or email.

Main Hours: Monday - Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Client must go through intake first. A walk-in intake screening and assessment is available on Monday and Thursday afternoons, starting at 1300, if client has no restrictions or barriers (this is not a crisis walk-in, plan to stay for up to 2 hours). Intake can also be accessed by phone or email. Clients aged 21 and under are also able to access walk-in intake at any time during business hours.
