Program Description

Provides three, twelve-week group sessions for women and gender diverse individuals, living in the Greater Toronto Area who are struggling with mental health issues. The groups are divided by age categories (under 50 and over 50). In addition to group, there is limited individual support available for program participants.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.

Interested individuals should call and in intake interview will be scheduled. Intake is ongoing and interested individuals may join the group after the start date. Individuals may join the next group session if the group is full or they are late in joining.
