Program Description

The clinic offers psychiatric consultation and limited short term follow up with a Psychiatrist and RAPT Nurse to provide assessment and treatment recommendations to patients who are not currently patients of a psychiatrist. The focus of the clinic is on medications management and short term collaborative care.

Access Information

Physician referral required either from local Family Health Team or family physician affiliated with Southlake Regional Health Centre.
