Program Description

Mental Health Counselling provides brief individual and group counselling to individuals who are living with mental health issues or situational crises. Therapeutic models utilized might include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Supportive Counselling.

Access Information

Anyone can make a referral (self-referral, referral from a health care provider, etc.), as long as the individual consents and is willing to enter the program. Call the Central Referral and Intake team. Referral Form is available on the CMHA Grey Bruce website.
