Case Management - Substance Use

Program Description

This program is for women who are pregnant and/or parenting and are suffering from opioid use, including prescribed medication (Oxycontin, Percocet, Fentanyl), heroin and its derivatives; who is involved in a methadone maintenance program or suboxone program; or who is currently using opioids and/or other substances. Family members may also attend this program.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources including self. Appointments are booked through all three offices depending on where an individual resides. Call or email to book an appointment. Program is open to individuals treated at other agencies. A medical is not required.
