Program Description

Provides a single point of access to all services within the Mental Health and Addiction program. Navigators conduct screening and assessments to determine eligibility and connect individuals to an appropriate treatment service.

Referrals accepted from professionals, physicians, service providers, families, or self.
Complete online referral form through AccessMHA website, or call program directly or come to the office to book an appointment.
