Program Description

The Child and Youth Mental Health Outpatient Service is the entry point for children and youth who have serious and complex mental disorder with significant associated psycho-social impairment, and often co-morbid conditions. Service includes mental health assessment and development of a care plan which may include individual, family and/or group treatment, as well as home-based services.

Access Information

Referrals are made via Access and System Navigation at Lynwood Charlton. All referrals require documented physician support.
