Program Description

Sexual Assault Intervention for Living (SAIL) provides individual and group therapy to survivors of sexual abuse/assault.

Current clients can access Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) specific groups as stage four of their therapy.

Drop-in program, helpline support, and Facebook page are available while waiting to access services.

Access Information

Individuals are encouraged to self-refer. Support people may call to inquire about the program.

Impacts of past sexual abuse must be the individual's primary presenting problem. Intake is done over the telephone and an optional resource package will be mailed while the individual is awaiting her initial appointment.
