Program Description

This program provides support within housing in partnership with Thresholds Homes and Support in Wellington county.

These include one and two bedroom and shared living arrangements depending on location. Tenants will be active with a community support service that assists in meeting their needs to be successful in supported independent living.

Access will depend on timing of the request, current status of locations, and the availability of support services to assist the individual.
