Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

The following individuals are eligible:
- Individuals with a serious mental illness being released from provincial custody.
- Individuals with a concurrent disorder (addictions and mental illness).
- Individuals with a serious mental illness who are being diverted from the criminal justice system and correctional system.

Access Information

Individuals are referred to a Release from Custody worker who assists individuals on accessing financial assistance, housing, psychiatric treatment and specific needs identified by the individual.
