Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides support to individuals in conflict with the law and living with a serious mental illness (SMI), multiple and complex needs, and homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Helps individuals to navigate the legal system and resolve issues that may have an impact on reoffending, housing, and mental health. This program provides intensive community support and rehabilitation.
