For adolescent and adults to learn the connection between stress, anger, self-esteem and personal control. Participants learn how to gain control over negative thoughts and feelings and learn the consequences of anger.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referral. Please call or email. Upon contacting the organization, an intake appointment will be set up with an therapist.
