Program Description

Provides short-term support for individuals experiencing self-identified mental health and/or addictions crisis that do not require hospitalization, low to medium risk of harm to self, others or property who are in emotional distress, who do not pose health and safety risk.

Access Information

To access, please attend crisis walk-in or call Reach Out. Referrals accepted from all sources including partner organizations. Individual needs to be able to live independently within the space.
