Program Description

This program provides and operates supportive housing accommodations for individuals of low or modest income under the following; psychiatrically, physically, emotionally, developmentally challenged, disabled by age or frailty.

Landlord and tenant units rent geared to income apartments at three locations in Fort Frances.

Access Information

Referrals can be made by a physician, community organization, family member, friend or self.

Individuals must be functioning at a level to live independently with minimal community support. Applications for accommodations can be picked up at our main office location (532 Front Street) or requested by phone via email.
