Program Description

The Dual Diagnosis Team works with those who are living with a developmental impairment and have issues with mental health and have been identified in need of an assessment and intervention.

Program Criteria: Must have a primary care provider; diagnosed or likelihood of being dually diagnosed with assessment; community, Developmental Service Ontario (DSO) or family supports are in place.
