Therapists provide solution-focused and brief therapy to promote emotional well-being, enhancing self-awareness and fostering positive mental health outcomes. Counselling may help youth to improve relationships, deal with stress, depression, anxiety, cope with difficult emotions, and provide solutions to specific problems.
