Program Description

The Apartment program is affordable transitional housing that provides opportunities for individuals with a longstanding serious mental illness and/or substance use involvement to stabilize and establish connections with the community. The program uses a holistic, strengths-based approach to support individuals towards living a full, independent, and satisfying life. This is a time limited service that is focused on supporting individuals to live as independently as possible.

Access Information

Referrals can be made by calling our Central Intake Team. For individuals who want to make a commitment towards their mental health and/or substance use recovery, and who are willing to engage regularly with the Outreach Support Workers (this is a requirement).
