Program Description

The purpose of this program is to reduce the spread of infectious diseases and provide referrals to medical and other organizations; provide access to counselling and increase the health and well-being of individuals using drugs. It provides the following harm reduction supplies to injection drug users: needles; alcohol swabs; sterilized water; cookers, tourniquets, sharps containers, Naloxone nasal spray kits are also available.

Access Information

Assessments are not a requirement of the Needle Exchange Program. Individuals can exchange on behalf of other clients.
