Program Description

This program provides life skills programs and training for adults living with a dual diagnosis and other consumer/survivors. Model of service is individual and group programming that promotes inclusion and full citizenship through life skills building. Drop in day program operation with monthly schedule of events.

Access Information

Consumers can access the Lifeskills Programs through referral from external sources or community partners. Must be DSO eligible.
