The seniors program at St. James Town Community Corner creates a community that is warm and welcoming, allowing members to be themselves, participate in social activities with their peers, and receive the support they need to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Group activities such as cooking, participating in lively discussions, and arts and crafts provides the opportunity for seniors to stay active, learn new skills, and remain social while living with a mental illness in their senior years. Program is open to older adults and seniors who are age 55+.

A collaborative community outreach project which provides the community of Weston and Mount Dennis neighborhood with access to the programs and services: - Mental and physical health & wellness programs - Youth, seniors, and diversity programs - Employment and housing support - Education and learning opportunities - Social and recreation programs - 12-week intensive case management available - Support transitioning from hospital to home

A confidential and anonymous service for adults in need of a friend with an empathetic ear. It is operated by peers who have experienced loneliness, isolation and anxiety. Offers service by telephone, texting and online chat.

Offers people with mental illness, who also struggle with alcohol/drug addiction, safe and anonymous support through peer-based meetings. Groups are facilitated by staff members who are also in recovery.

A holistic community mental health service for youth aged 18-29. The program supports young adults by focusing on the social determinants of health. Young adults can select the programs and opportunities which best support them in their recovery.

A recovery centre for people living with serious mental illness. Provides a full range of social, vocational, housing and recreational activities. Day program offers meaningful activities and opportunities, a range of employment opportunities, supported education, access to safe and affordable housing, and social/recreational programs in the evenings, on weekends and on holidays, health and wellness program, and a peer support telephone line.

A housing and support initiative for individuals leaving hospital and deemed Alternative Level of Care (ALC) or at risk for ALC.

A homelessness housing and support initiative in partnership with St. Michael's Hospital, for people with mental illness and homelessness.
